Colin Bird
Colin Bird is a trained breathwork practitioner dedicated to supporting others through deep healing and personal growth. With a background in yoga, bodywork, acupressure, and energy work, he creates a safe and grounded space for transformation.
After facing his own turning point—overcoming addiction, injury, and burnout—Colin committed to a daily practice of breath, movement, and inner work. Nearly a decade into this path, he continues to study, practice, and guide with heart.
His work is hands-on, intuitive, and rooted in lived experience. Colin leads with presence, supporting others in reconnecting to themselves through the power of breath.
