Meet the Facilitator

Colin Bird

Colin is a trained and experienced breathwork practitioner offering clinical Breathwork. This work is his highest duty and highest offering. It’s his mission to support others in a safe, comfortable container, leading with his heart.

Colin is also trained in yoga, bodywork, biofield energy work, attachment removal, and acupressure. As a artisan stonemason for years, he is very good with his hands. With therapeutic touch, people feel safe and comfortable, often commenting on how great it feels, as he loves to massage as well.

Colin has practiced thousands of hours of yoga, and meditating and breathing are daily practices. After a dark few years of life and almost giving up hope through tireless relationships and alcohol and drug use, followed by a nerve damage injury, he realized it was time to make a clear change in his life and live his purpose.

He began doing breathing exercises, going to the sauna and steam room, practicing yoga daily, and swimming every morning to make the shift. Nearly 10 years into it now, after several trainings and thousands of hours of devotion to self-healing, modalities, and studying with numerous doctors, breathing and yoga are still a vital part of his daily life.

He loves sharing and supporting those on their journeys, emphasizing sobriety. Colin believes these modalities help individuals achieve their optimal state, as external substances simply do not work. He understands the difficulty of breaking free from habits and encourages people to drop one habit at a time, though in some cases, it’s possible to drop everything all at once.

It’s not a one-flick-of-the-switch fix; it takes time, patience, devotion, support, and, of course, love.
