What is Conscious Connected Breathing?

During the breath journey, we use the breath to dive in and explore the deep layers of our subconscious and unconscious minds. This allows us to release bound-up tension and emotions, which in turn creates more freedom in our lives. We do this in a safe, courageous space. Intuitive breathing generates more energy flow and helps the body return to its natural state so healing can occur. It is a very profound form of self-exploration.

Colin is an experienced breathwork practitioner. This work is his highest offering, and his mission is to support others in their healing and personal growth. Through bodywork and sound, in a safe and courageous container, we guide you through your journey. With connected breathing, as the journey unfolds, we begin to de-armor ourselves. Each experience is unique—no journey is the same. As unprocessed emotions arise, we release them. The breath is a direct connection to the source and a gateway to the infinite subconscious mind.

We lead with our hearts and feel the love we deserve to feel. With a smoother flow of breath—deeper and more relaxed—stress and anxiety become easier to manage. We improve digestion and blood circulation by regulating our HRV (heart rate variability) and nervous system. Breathing deeply into the lower abdomen and through the heart allows us to think more clearly and even alter our blood chemistry.

Essentially, we bring harmony to our entire body and clear our energy body, or “biofield.”
