  • Intuitive Energetic Breathing incorporates circular breathing to access the subconscious, release emotions, and restore energy flow. This practice brings balance to the body and mind, fostering healing and personal growth in a safe, transformative environment.

    During the session, the practitioner may use acupressure to help open your diaphragm for deeper breathing and release tension in areas where your body feels tight. This supports a freer flow of breath and energy, enhancing the overall experience.

This intimate setting offers the opportunity to go deeper into the experience, with the practitioner supporting you through physical adjustments and acupressure to unlock even more profound healing.

    Breath Circle
    Breath circles are kept in small groups to maintain a powerful and supportive environment. While you still receive hands-on guidance, the group dynamic allows you to meditate in the same dream-like space together. The collective energy amplifies the healing process, as you move through the breath journey alongside others, experiencing the power of shared energy without the need to vocalize your personal experience.
